Long term assignements
Most challenging projects don't get done in a month. That's why most of our assignments take 6 months to 1 year or even more. This gives us the chance to work together and build out a powerful team.
One night stands
During big, long term projects there is always room to do some ad-hoc coaching. Some companies come to us for training of internal employees. Others address us for a short feasability study of a new idea. That's all fine, we love those assignements!
When to hire us?
If your project presents challenges that have not been tackled before, if you don't have in house expertise or there is nobody within the organisation that has time to tackle your project, you can work with us.

When not to hire us?
If your projects are repeatable and have been done numerous times before, you are probably better off with a project manager that follows methodologies and is good at strict reporting and follow up.
